SmartSkool is a suite of applications that all work together to bring out the best in students and in schools. SmartSkool formerly known as Computerized Academic Management System (CAMS) has been completely rebuilt with focus on productivity and speed.

In order for an online system to properly present data, it has to load images, fonts, scripts and these things consume your internet data. Actually, you don't need an image to load before you can insert data but the online system does that anyway; and depending on your browser settings, these additional files can be loaded for any link you click even if you just want to change one line of data. With the offline-first system, you don't load none of those overhead files like images and fonts. You only send data online, only what is required and this is done just once which will save your data and money in the long run.

SmartSkool
SmartSkool requires Ratelsoft Application Server version 3 or above. You should first install the Application Server before installing SmartSkool. You can install SmartSkool on any number of systems but it must also be installed on the same system as the application server.
