The online payment platform has been fully setup to include several types of payments. The payments types are:

• Bank Payments/Bank Transfer/ATM Transfer
• Interswitch
• ETransact
• Verve
• MasterCard
• VoguePay

We recommend you first make your orders online before proceeding with any of the payment methods listed above. This comes with so many advantages which you do not get with the regular Pay-and-Text or Pay-and-Call pattern (which was being used before). Some of the advantages you receive by making the order online, independent of which payment type used are:

• Making the order online ensures that you receive the Activation codes much faster. For Payment methods like interswitch, etransact, mastercard and others, the system is automated and as such you receive your Activation Codes instantly. For bank payments we would encourage you to make your orders online before going to pay in the bank or transfering via any means of your choosing; this is because we give priority to monitoring incoming payments and matching them against the orders made.
• Activation code monitoring and usage statistics. You can monitor all your previous payments and see all codes you have purchases including the usage information like - has the code been used?, who used it?, when was it used?, what is the contact information of the user? which operating system was it used on? what is the device name on which it was used?. These information are suitable to marketers and schools who needs to keep track of all purchased products and the usage.
• Reporting. You can generate reports of all your orders, from information about all transactions and their statuses to code usage statistics in both tabular and graphical (Pie Charts, Bar Charts and Line Charts) forms.
• Improving your trustworthiness (If a marketer). Becoming a marketer is something you would want to be for us if you know the added advantages you stand to receive. Based on your trustworthiness over time, you get several other features to your Ratelsoft Account like prompt response to enquiries, free SMS units to send messages to your clients, a Ratelsoft customized email address. Other advantages can range from receiving a Ratelsoft customized T-shirt and complimentary card from us to receiving a Partner certificate.
• Support preference. We give priority to messages sent from within the Ratelsoft Accounts platform especially on payment issues.

How to Pay

If you have previously purchased any of our product or have used any of our services previously, you should use the same account you used when you first registered. That would ensure that all your purchases and discounts be computed correctly. You just need one account to connect to all Ratelsoft Applications and services.

You would first need to visit the Ratelsoft Accounts Page to register or login. After you must have logged in please follow the steps below for the type of Payment you wish to make.

Bank Payments/Bank Transfer/ATM Transfer

We would recommend you do not use the older means of paying and sending a text message. If you do, we cannot guaranty a prompt delivery of your requested product Activation code. Do not get it twisted, you would SURELY receive your activation codes but it might not come as quickly as you may need it. It is up to you what method you choose.

For this payment method, you would need to first make the order from your Ratelsoft Accounts Dashboard. After making the order you can proceed to the bank to pay or instantiate the transfer.

Nevertheless, you can make the order after you have paid but make sure you send us a message with the payment parameters immediately you finish making the payment. If you make the order before paying, we would monitor all payments for your order and send your Activation codes immediately we receive the confirmation.

Confirm Order to generate your invoice or go back to make changes

Print Invoice and/or click on Finish

Please note down the Invoice No and Transaction ID. That would be used to contact us after payment or if you have any complaints whatsoever.

You can now proceed to pay to the Bank Account details specified on your invoice sheet either in a bank or via the transfer means of your choosing.

After Payment please send us a feedback message with the payment information as well as the Invoice No and Transaction ID.

NOTE: (If you are paying via ATM Transfer) ATM Transfer should be hinted along with the message to be sent including the location from which the fund was being transfered from as the name of the sender would not normally show up.

Other Payment Methods

The initial order process remains the same as with the Bank Payment/Bank Transfer mode with the exception of the "Payment Method" which you would select to be VoguePay. After your invoice has been generated, you would need to click on "Proceed to Payment". You would then be redirected to the Payment aggregator's website from which you can pay for the product.

The exciting part about this payment mode is that you do not need to do anything further. Your Activation code would be sent to your phone as well as your email address and would also be available on your Ratelsoft Account Dashboard under the "Codes Usage" tab immediately after payment.

This payment mode is also independent of time. You can get up at 2:00am, order for an Activation code and get it by 2:01am.

SmartLearn JAMB Activation

SmartLearn JAMB is a licensed software application and can be used by multiple users due to our profile management feature that manages the performances of individual users.

SmartLearn JAMB PC version license for 2016 goes for ₦1200 only and includes all subjects in JAMB while other versions go for ₦1000 only.

SmartLearn JAMB Mobile Android version license goes for ₦500 only.
